  • This service is done by therapists certified by the International Institute of Reflexology.
  • You'll be walking on air. 50 minutes

Energy Balancing - $65

  • This one hour session uses an Integrative Energy Technique which may incorporate Polarity or Reiki as needed.

    • Soul Journeying - $97

    • Massage, aromatherapy and intuitive energy work to balance the subtle energy systems of the body. Other modalities such as breathwork and sound therapy may be used. 1 1/2 hours.

About Foot Reflexology

Foot Reflexology is the science that deals with the principle that there are reflexes in the feet relating to organs and all parts of the body.

Stimulating these reflexes helps to normalize and improve the nerve and blood flow to the body. When a specific pressure is applied to the foot, the brain sends a message to the corresponding part of the body to facilitate healing and restore balance.

Reflexology as we know it today was researched and developed by the late Eunice Ingham and her nephew, Dwight C. Byers.
