  • This service is done by therapists certified by the International Institute of Reflexology.
  • You'll be walking on air. 50 minutes

Energy Balancing - $65

  • This one hour session uses an Integrative Energy Technique which may incorporate Polarity or Reiki as needed.

    • Soul Journeying - $97

    • Massage, aromatherapy and intuitive energy work to balance the subtle energy systems of the body. Other modalities such as breathwork and sound therapy may be used. 1 1/2 hours.

About Energy Balancing

Donna and Scott Thompson offer sessions of Integrated Energy Work for Body, Mind, and Spirit Balancing.

With over 20 years of experience, they provide varied techniques which may be incorporated, including chakra balancing, Reiki, Polarity, and Donna's signature service - Soul Journeys.

Reiki

Reiki is an energy healing method involving the placing of hands on or above the body in a specific sequence inorder to re-align the energy patterns of the body. Reiki sessions help to dissovle toxic energy from many levels of one's being whether physical, emotional or mental.

Donna Thompson is a Reiki Master / Instructor. Sessions are also available with Scott Thompson.

Note: You are fully dressed during Reiki sessions.

Polarity Therapy

Polarity is based on the 5 elements of ether, air, fire, water, earth, and the governing electromagnetic currents of positive, negative, and neutral that flow within the body.

Through specific hand positioning, energetic wisdom activates, releases, and restores the body's energetic patterns.

Founded by Naturopath, Dr. Randolph Stone in the mid 1920s, polarity therapy is a 'clothes-on' non-invasive integrated system of health renewal.
